Your relationships are not an ad product.

This notice covers the FaveFew iPhone beta, the invited FaveFew web alpha, this public privacy and support site, and the support channels associated with them. It does not replace the privacy policies of Apple, Instagram, Facebook, or another service you choose to use.

Version 0.1.0 (build 4) is a local-only product preview. It includes clearly labelled fictional examples, lets you add people manually, choose one person through Apple’s contact picker, or review selected Facebook and Instagram connection-archive files. It does not create a FaveFew account or connect to a production FaveFew server.

The contact picker does not grant FaveFew broad address-book access. After you explicitly choose one person, the app receives that contact’s name, organization, first phone number, first email address, and city or state when those fields are present.

Meta archive files you choose are read locally to create a review list. FaveFew does not upload, copy, or retain the raw files. It saves only people you confirm, which may include a display name, username, provider profile link, archive source, a non-secret import record identifier used to prevent repeats, and connection date when the archive supplies them. This is a point-in-time copy rather than a live social-account connection, and Meta export files may be incomplete.

Names, contact points, notes, promises, reminder drafts, and reviewed imports are written to protected local app storage and excluded from FaveFew’s backup flow. They remain after relaunch until you clear preview changes or remove the app. This build contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or tracking technology.

Apple processes beta invitations, installation, and TestFlight diagnostics under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. The FaveFew developer may receive crash diagnostics and feedback a tester chooses to submit, including an optional screenshot and device or build context. Do not include private relationship details in a screenshot or feedback message unless they are necessary and you intend to share them.

If you use the invited web alpha, its sign-in provider supplies an account identifier, email address, and name so FaveFew can keep each workspace separate. FaveFew stores the content you choose to add, such as names, contact details, social profile links, relationship facts, notes, interactions, reminders, calendar entries, tags, preferences, and reviewed imports.

The public site you are reading has no sign-in, contact database, advertising, or analytics SDK. Hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect requests, such as timestamps, request identifiers, browser or device information, and network addresses. FaveFew is designed to keep private content out of analytics and operational logs.

FaveFew uses information only to:

• provide the workspace, reminders, search, imports, and exports;
• protect accounts, prevent abuse, and diagnose service failures;
• respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests; and
• improve features using aggregate or de-identified product signals.

FaveFew does not sell or rent personal information and does not use relationship data for targeted advertising.

The service relies on providers for authentication, hosting, database infrastructure, security, and beta distribution, including OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare infrastructure, and Apple TestFlight. They process information for the service under their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Live Instagram and Facebook connections are not active in the current iPhone beta. The local archive importer is user-directed and does not sign in to Meta. Future live connections will use official Meta APIs for eligible Instagram Professional accounts and Facebook Pages, request only permissions needed for a feature, and require explicit authorization. FaveFew will never ask for a Facebook or Instagram password, import a browser session, or scrape consumer accounts.

AI features will run only when clearly presented in the product. They will use the smallest relevant set of owner-authorized records, label suggestions, and avoid silently overwriting user-authored facts.

The iPhone preview has no FaveFew account or server record to retain. You can clear its locally saved preview changes in Settings or remove the app.

In the web alpha, records remain in the owner’s workspace until they are deleted, the owner asks FaveFew to remove the workspace, or the alpha service is retired. Before connected iPhone accounts are released publicly, FaveFew will provide an easy in-app path to delete the complete account and associated personal data, subject only to retention required by law.

Depending on where you live, including Canada and several U.S. states, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email privacy@favefew.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner.

FaveFew uses owner-scoped access checks, encrypted transport, limited logging, and least-privilege integration design. No online service can promise perfect security, so connected features will not launch until their authentication, deletion, backup, and recovery paths have been tested.
